Department Classification Non-Exempt Location Position Type Full Time Description As the Retail Sales & Recruiting Support Specialist, you have the role of supporting VP of Retail Sales and Advisory Recruiting teams with various projects and tasks related to advisor and Financial Center recruiting. Location Information: On-Site at our Carpinteria, CA Headquarters Salary Range: Starting salary is between $62,000 and $68,000 annually, with the possibility of future incentive compensation based on growth in sales. It is ultimately determined by the scope of the position the candidate’s relevant experience, credentials/certifications and internal equity. Responsibilities Event Planning & Production Assist with training & mentoring new employees on the Recruiting team Proficient with LinkedIn marketing needs and prospecting campaigns Coordinate prospective Financial Centers/Financial Advisors information form for each call/meeting w/ Partner Dev Rep (PDR) Manage all prospecting seminars/webinars Manage the RIMS system for Recruiting Prepares meeting/event agendas Coordinate w/ Partner Development Reps on recruit materials Be familiar with commission payout system Coordinate/host Home Office Visits for recruit’s w/ PDR’s Manage recruit data base, Weekly Dashboard Reports Know all relevant company sales literature and provide feedback Know the PlanMember sales story and be able to communicate this to recruits Assist in implementation of master recruiting plan for 40+ FC’s Nationwide Help coordinate/manage the relationship – meetings between Marketing, Transitions and Recruiting Strategic Scheduling & Prioritization Vendor Administration Process & Program Development Prospect Strategy Support Technology Training & maintenance Analyze prospecting trends using Salesforce & Redtail Onboarding & Transitioning all new Advisors Managing Pipelines and sales calendars/tasks Creates and maintains CRM Sales reports Create sales ideas and content Analyzes advisors Broker Check to determine Compliance viability Attend & maintain agenda for Advisory council meetings Review, present & Process contracts & legal documents for Financial Centers Qualifications Active Communication Influential and persuasive Interpersonal Dynamics: Ability to work well in a one on one and a team environment Relationship building Professional Positive attitude Diplomatic Information Seeking Self-Management: Ability to work independently without close supervision Ability to prioritize and execute on multiple tasks Composure and resiliency Leadership Skills Education Be proficient with Word, PowerPoint, Excel Having a working knowledge of database management (Salesforce), or FINTRX is desired Bachelor’s Degree Preferred Two years of experience with a Financial Services Firm Licenses and/or Certifications Required None Additional License and/or Certification Information Be willing to obtain SIE, Series 6 or 7 (preferred), if not currently held.
