About the Manufacturing Utility Role Assist team members, including Machine Operators, on many different tasks Perform essential functions, including handling of pallets, bundled and non‑bundled corrugated Help Machine Operators and other team members ensure packaging quality Collaborate and contribute to the team environment Be flexible on shifts; a pay differential is offered on 2nd and 3rd shifts Lift and stack boxes weighing up to 45 lbs; the ideal candidate must enjoy a fast‑paced manufacturing environment Be able to read, write, and speak English Special Education, Skills, Training, or Qualifications for the position Must have a high school diploma or GED Must be able to read a tape measure, perform basic visual quality checks, and perform basic math computations PSC is an equal opportunity employer. Shift availability Vacant positions are mostly on 2nd Shift (3 pm–11 pm) or 3rd Shift (11 pm–7 am); however, there may be few if any available positions on 1st Shift (7 am–3 pm).
