Base pay range $40,400.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

We have an immediate opening in our Modesto facility for a bright, energetic and motivated individual to join our team. This position is responsible for the support of our Project Management team in a fast‑paced manufacturing atmosphere.
Duties / Responsibilities
Supporting the Project Management team.
Booking repeat orders, second checks, and billing.
Organization and distribution of critical manufacturing documents.
Backing up Assistant Project Manager with ordering tooling and distribution.
Purchasing of specialty materials and components.
Receiving and approving invoices for Accounts Payable.
Required Skills / Abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Experience creating/editing Purchase Orders and online purchasing.
Managing scheduled priorities, data entry, detail‑oriented with strong written, verbal, organizational, interpersonal, and telephone skills.
Education and Experience
High school diploma or GED required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Two years administrative experience required.
