Stryker’s Neurovascular division focuses on advancing the practice of minimally invasive stroke therapies, providing innovative stroke products and services for ischemic and hemorrhagic stroke, and supporting physicians with clinical education and patient outcomes. The Associate Territory Manager supports the sales team in a designated territory, planning and implementing tactical and strategic sales plans to meet regional goals. Duties and Responsibilities Associate Sales Position: 12–24 month position with the path to Territory Manager at Neurovascular Help implement and execute the launch strategies developed by the Sales and Marketing organization Become an expert in the Stryker Neurovascular product portfolio and conduct in‑services for customers Complete thorough territory analysis, identify key target accounts, generate and follow up on sales leads Recommend changes in Stryker’s platform technology, services, and policy to expand the company’s business Monitor competition using marketplace information on pricing, products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques, and use insights to differentiate Stryker’s products Build relationships with multiple customers within an account, tailoring promotional messages to address new products, product selection, supply/inventory, functionality, updates, proper use, maintenance, and pricing trends Resolve customer complaints and questions by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and making recommendations to management Support market development efforts to increase the number of patients for treatment Support marketing in developing education programs for physicians and other health professionals to accelerate adoption of new techniques and products Participate in professional society meetings/trade shows to promote Stryker’s products Support activities related to driving enrollment in clinical trials Maintain and increase professional and technical knowledge through on‑job training, educational workshops, professional publications, personal networks, and professional societies Ensure communication processes are established within and across functional groups, and communicate information related to quality management system effectiveness Work in accordance with quality system procedures Requirements 3+ years of clinical sales experience Bachelor’s degree Benefits Health benefits include: medical and prescription drug insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical illness insurance, accident insurance, hospital indemnity insurance, personalized healthcare support, well‑being program, and tobacco cessation program.
