Program Manager/Senior Acquisition Specialist

Crowned Grace International is seeking a Senior acquisition and program management professional with 10+ years supporting high-volume federal acquisition portfolios, at agencies including CDC, FDIC, SBA OCIO, and DoD, contingent on client/contract approval. This role involves managing high-visibility, mission-critical procurement activities in a fast-paced federal law enforcement environment, supporting Contracting Officers directly, drafting FAR-compliant documentation, and managing multiple acquisition actions concurrently.
Key Responsibilities
cradle-to-grave acquisition support
for federal procurement actions.
Support acquisition planning, including requirements refinement, market research, and milestone development.
Draft and support RFQs, RFPs, IFBs, acquisition plans, IGCEs, JOFOCs, D&Fs, and evaluation documentation.
Support
source selection activities , including evaluator coordination and consensus documentation.
Prepare award documentation, post-award notices, and contract file documentation.
Support
contract administration , including modifications, option exercises, and closeout activities.
Maintain
audit-ready contract files
in PRISM and SharePoint.
Validate contract data in SAM.gov and FPDS.
Coordinate closely with Contracting Officers, CORs, legal counsel, and program offices.
Mentor junior acquisition staff and support surge requirements as needed.
Required Qualifications
10+ years of federal acquisition experience
supporting contracting offices.
Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred)
Must be a U.S. Citizen.
Demonstrated experience with
FAR-based acquisition execution , including FAR Parts 6, 8, 12, 13, 15, 16, and 17.
Hands-on experience drafting acquisition documentation (not advisory-only roles).
Experience supporting
high-volume, high-visibility procurement environments.
Proficiency with
PRISM
(strongly preferred).
Experience with SAM.gov, FPDS, and SharePoint-based contract file management.
Ability to work independently and deliver clean, defensible work products.
Preferred Qualifications
FAC-C Level II or III, DAWIA Level II or III, or equivalent.
Prior experience supporting
DHS, ICE, DOJ, VA, or DoD
acquisition offices.
Experience supporting law enforcement, security, or operational mission procurements.
Experience mentoring or leading junior acquisition staff.
PMP Certified.
A successful background check and drug screen is required
