Alpha operates outside the traditional school framework. Students complete core academic work in two hours daily via AI‑driven applications, while the remainder of their time is devoted to real‑world competencies such as public speaking, critical reasoning, collaborative challenges, and meaningful project work. There are no lectures and no busywork. The framework demands a reimagined approach to parent collaboration—where your expertise becomes essential.

As the campus’s primary enrollment driver, you will represent the school, build community trust, and cultivate parent advocacy. Your responsibilities include leading impactful information sessions, fostering local relationships, converting parent curiosity into committed enrollment, and serving as the primary liaison for families throughout their experience—responding to concerns, strengthening commitment, and developing parents into vocal supporters of the model.

What You Will Be Doing

Take full ownership of parent relationships—from initial contact through sustained engagement—at a single campus.

Lead persuasive information sessions and individual discussions that convert interested parents into dedicated advocates.

Act as the central parent contact—addressing concerns, increasing satisfaction, and ensuring every family feels acknowledged and supported once enrolled.

Establish credibility and visibility through consistent on‑site engagement, local community partnerships, and deliberate outreach efforts.

Mobilize parent advocates to generate referrals and expand community influence.

What You Won’t Be Doing

Depend on formulaic sales scripts or impersonal outreach strategies.

Transfer relationship development to campus staff or assume a passive role.

Allow organized parent coalitions to compromise or reshape Alpha’s educational approach.

Operate remotely—this position is fully integrated into the parent journey and local community.
