As a Major Accounts Manager, you’ll own and expand some of our most strategic, high-value customer partnerships—working directly with executive decision-makers, including private equity–backed organizations. This role blends strategic selling, relationship leadership, and cross-functional collaboration to drive long-term success.

What You’ll Do

Build, manage, and grow key major account relationships

Act as the primary point of contact for executive-level customers

Develop and execute strategic account plans aligned with long-term business goals

Drive revenue growth through account expansion, cross-selling, and upselling

Support contracts, renewals, and negotiations

Partner with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Purchasing, and Leadership to deliver best-in‑class service

Monitor account performance and proactively address risks or challenges

What You Bring

5+ years of HVAC distribution sales experience

Proven success managing high-value or strategic accounts

Strong executive presence and relationship‑building skills

Ability to navigate complex organizations and collaborate across teams

Nice to Have

Experience working with private equity–backed clients

Knowledge of branch operations, logistics, and Eclipse
