This is a full-time remote role for a Director of E-commerce. As the Director of E-commerce, you will oversee and develop the company's E-commerce strategies and effectively drive the development, testing, launch, and optimization of the E-commerce website. Your responsibilities will include managing the development of the company's web and mobile platforms, coordinating with cross-functional teams from development to marketing, and analyzing metrics to determine the effectiveness of the E-commerce strategy. You will play a vital role in increasing customer satisfaction and driving growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to enhance online sales and customer engagement.
Market Analysis : Conduct thorough market research to understand Egypt's tech market trends.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of e-commerce professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
Digital Marketing : Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media, and display advertising campaigns.
Sales Optimization : Utilize analytics to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement, ensuring maximum efficiency and profitability.
Partnership Management : Build relationships with key partners and vendors to support e-commerce activities.
Customer Experience:
Ensure a seamless and positive customer experience across all digital platforms.
Innovation : Stay abreast of new technologies and e-commerce trends, integrating them into business strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in e-commerce, particularly within the technology and electronic devices sector.
Strong understanding of the Egyptian car and tech markets.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
Proficient in digital marketing tools and analytics.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
