As
Director of Operations at Practice Hospitality at Hilton Dallas Park Cities, you’ll play a key leadership role in shaping how the hotel is experienced by every guest, every day. Reporting to the General Manager, you’ll oversee the hotel’s core operational teams— Guest Services and Housekeeping —bringing structure, accountability, and heart to the daily rhythm of the property. From check‑in to check‑out, from back‑of‑house systems to front‑of‑house smiles, you’ll ensure that
everything runs smoothly, efficiently, and with intention.
In this role, you will:
Lead, train, and support department leaders
to build high‑functioning teams grounded in hospitality and pride of place.
Ensure daily operations reflect Practice Hospitality standards
of service, cleanliness, safety, and sustainability.
Collaborate cross‑functionally
to deliver a guest experience that’s consistent, thoughtful, and true to the spirit of the property.
Establish systems, processes, and reporting tools
to support successful hotel operations.
Bring calm, capable leadership
to both the planned and the unexpected.
This is a role for a
hands‑on operator
who thrives in dynamic environments and understands that great guest experiences start with strong, supported teams. You’ll be a key part of Hilton Dallas Park Cities leadership story—working behind the scenes to bring the brand to life every day.
Education and/or Experience
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field strongly preferred
Minimum 3‑5 years of progressive leadership experience in hotel operations, with demonstrated success in multi‑department management
Proven track record of driving revenue growth and controlling costs in hospitality environment
Experience with boutique properties preferred
Specific Job Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Expert knowledge of hotel property management systems, revenue management, and reservation platforms
Advanced understanding of hospitality financial controls, budgeting, and P&L management
Exceptional leadership and team development skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in forecasting, reporting, and data‑driven decision making
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with guests and team members
Deep knowledge of food safety, housekeeping standards, and hospitality service excellence
Physical Demands
Ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays as business demands require
Capability to remain on feet for extended periods while conducting property inspections and guest interactions
Comfort moving throughout all areas of the property including guest rooms, restaurants, and back‑of‑house areas
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and assist with operational tasks as needed
Availability for emergency response and problem resolution outside of regular business hours
Job Type: Full‑Time Exempt
