Coordinator will also maintain sample inventory. This position's schedule is Monday through Friday, 8 am to 5 pm.**Essential duties:**Samples:Check email throughout the day for sample and book requestsPull and ship samples /books for AE’s /dealers /clientsMaintain sample inventory – order replenishment from the millRestock shelves with sample replenishmentOrder supplies; UPS boxes, UPS labels, sample bags and boxesMake space in samples area for new carpet collections, label shelving with skusReturn inventory back to the shelves upon drop off by AE’s/clientsShowroom Manager will have heavy lifting and organization tasksClerical:Responsible for monthly sample tracking spreadsheets per AEAssist AE’s /dealers with sample requests via email or in personSafety:Comply with safety rulesComply with environmental regulationsBe aware of departmental Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS)Perform other duties as assigned**Physical demands:**Stooping, climbing laddersOften lifting up to 60 lbsPacking and shipping**Educational requirements:**HS diploma or GED required**Skills and experience:**Excellent communication skills, verbal and writtenStrong attention to detailComputer knowledge and experience in Microsoft applicationsStrong organizational and interpersonal skillsPrevious experience in a similar work environment strongly preferredExperience working both independently and in a team is idealFamiliar with UPS CampusShip**Work Environment:**Office and showroom**The typical pay range for this role is:**

Minimum: $18.71 / hrMaximum: $32.74Please keep in mind that this range represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls.
