Case Types: Diverse case mix with nearly all specialties being represented besides transplants. Approximately 85 OB deliveries per month
Special Requirements: Must be comfortable performing solo epidurals and spinals for OB. Facility will train!
Staffing Grid: Daily 12:2 CRNA to MD ratio, full team is 18:4
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated CRNA to join a growing team in
Hot Springs, Arkansas.
This role is part of the

Requirements
Current certification as a CRNA by the National Board on Certification and Re-Certification of Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA).
Valid, unrestricted RN and CRNA licenses in Arkansas (Currently, or willing to obtain).
Minimum of 0-1 years of experience as a CRNA, with proficiency in various case types.
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to perform anesthesia management for diverse patient populations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
Ability to adapt to changing clinical situations and deliver optimal patient care.
BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications are required.
Must be comfortable performing solo epidurals and spinals for OB, but training is offered by the facility.
Malpractice and Tail Insurance Coverage.
$255,000 for 1099.
Ability to advance your skills and training.
