The entire team is fully remote, and you will receive a base salary plus an annual bonus. What you’ll be doing Screen resumes, prospect candidates, and conduct interviews. Extend job offers, implement onboarding strategies, and maintain accurate candidate records. Initiate conversations with prospective candidates and manage them through the entire placement process. Source candidates using available tools and systems. Build and maintain relationships with candidates and client base. Assist in periodic reporting on screening, tracking, and monitoring of clients, candidates, and prospects. Develop an effective pipeline of key talent for immediate and future hires. Coordinate interview logistics between candidates and hiring managers. Collaborate with HR to ensure all employment‑related paperwork is completed. Support hiring managers by understanding and meeting short‑ and long‑term recruiting needs. What we’re looking for Our ideal candidate has a strong work ethic, high integrity, and a desire to overachieve. Salesmanship skills are a plus. Strong and effective negotiation and communication abilities. 1–2 years recruiting experience (preferred but not required). High‑volume recruiting and staffing industry experience preferred (not required).
