What You’ll Be Doing
Screen resumes, prospect and interview candidates
Extend job offers and implement onboarding strategies
Maintain accurate records of all candidates and new hires
Initiate conversations with prospective candidates and manage them through the placement process
Source candidates using available tools and systems
Build and maintain relationships with candidates and client base
Assist with periodic reporting on screening, tracking and monitoring of clients, candidates and prospects
Develop a pipeline of key talent for immediate and future hire
Schedule and coordinate all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
Collaborate with Human Resources to ensure all employment paperwork is collected
Maintain effective working relationships with hiring managers to support short‑ and long‑term recruiting needs
What We’re Looking For
Strong work ethic, high integrity and a desire to overachieve
Salesmanship skills a plus
Bachelor’s degree required
Strong negotiation and communication abilities
1–2 years of recruiting experience required
Preferred: high‑volume recruiting and staffing industry experience
Not a senior role – please do not apply if you have more than 5 years of experience
