The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of experience in bankruptcy and insolvency law, with a strong track record of managing complex cases. This position offers an opportunity to work with experienced professionals in a supportive environment, delivering high-quality legal services to clients needing insolvency and restructuring solutions. Duties: Provide legal counsel in bankruptcy proceedings, including Chapter 11 and Chapter 7 cases, as well as related insolvency matters. Draft and review legal documents such as motions, pleadings, and bankruptcy petitions. Represent clients in bankruptcy court hearings and mediations. Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on case strategies and legal solutions. Conduct legal research and analysis on issues related to bankruptcy law, creditors’ rights, and insolvency proceedings. Advise clients on restructuring options, asset sales, and debt recovery. Manage and prioritize multiple cases, ensuring deadlines and client needs are met. Contribute to the development of case strategies and overall legal practices. Requirements: 2 to 4 years of experience in bankruptcy and insolvency law. Strong understanding of federal bankruptcy laws and the Delaware bankruptcy court system. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proven ability to manage complex legal cases and provide high-quality service to clients. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Strong work ethic with attention to detail and commitment to client satisfaction. Ability to work efficiently under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Education: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Certifications: Active license to practice law in Delaware. Skills: Proficient in legal research and drafting.
