Draft legal documents, including pleadings and motions, relevant to bankruptcy cases. Collaborate with team members to manage complex cases and deliver effective legal solutions. Maintain strong communication with clients to ensure they are informed about case developments. Conduct legal research and analysis to support case strategies and client representation. Requirements Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school. 2 to 8 years of relevant experience in bankruptcy law within a law firm setting. Admission to the bar in the attorney’s resident and/or affiliated office. Proven ability to handle complex legal issues with strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster client relationships. Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team. Education Juris Doctorate from an accredited institution. Certifications Active membership in the state bar where the attorney practices. Skills Strong legal research and writing capabilities. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines. Detail-oriented with a commitment to providing high-quality legal services.
