As a Registered Dental Assistant, you will be cross‑trained to support both back and front office within both locations. This position will be covering 2 locations: 3420 Clarksville St. PO Box 6578, Paris, Texas 1010 W. Ralph Hall Parkway, Ste 101, Dallas, Texas Work Schedule Monday 9 AM – 4 PM Tuesday 9 AM – 4 PM Wednesday 9 AM – 4 PM Thursday 9 AM – 3 PM Friday 8 AM – 4 PM Qualifications Minimum 1 year prior Dental Assistant experience required Must have RDA Certification X‑ray certification where state regulations specify Key Responsibilities Assist the dentist during a variety of treatment procedures while helping patients feel comfortable Set up and break down the operatory post‑treatment Take dental radiographs (x-rays) Manage infection control by preparing and sterilizing instruments and equipment Provide patients with follow‑up instructions following all dental treatment procedures Educate patients on appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health Coordinate financial agreements and consent forms for the patient's financial responsibility of dental treatment Assist patients with understanding their treatment plan and increase dental case acceptanceAssist with patient check‑in, registration, and maintain patient health and dental records with strong attention to detail and adherence to HIPAA Privacy Practices By Joining Our Team, You Will Have Time Off: Up to 3 weeks PTO 401(k) Match Health Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, HSA & FSA Additional Information We provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibit discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state or local laws.
