Phlebotomist Join Labcorp to provide essential patient service as a Phlebotomist. This role involves performing skilled specimen collections, maintaining accurate patient data, and delivering exceptional customer service. Job Responsibilities Perform blood collections by venipuncture and capillary techniques for all age groups. Collect specimens for drug screens, paternity tests, alcohol tests and other screening tests. Enter patient information accurately and promptly into the system. Process billing information and collect payments when required. Prepare collected specimens for testing and analysis. Maintain patient and specimen information logs. Provide superior customer service to all patients. Perform administrative and clerical duties as necessary. Travel to additional sites when needed. Job Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Phlebotomy certification or completed training program from an accredited agency, or prior experience providing specimen collections. Proven track record in providing exceptional customer service. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to work independently or in a team environment. Comfortable working under minimal supervision. Reliable transportation required. Flexibility to work overtime as needed. Able to pass a standardized color blindness test. Pay Pay Range: $17.75 - $26.00 per hour. Work Schedule Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:30 pm and every other Saturday for 4 hours. Benefits Incentive Program Eligible for quarterly incentive bonus program for performance metrics.
