Phlebotomist I – Floater
Full-time, 13‑week contract. Work in Waldorf, MD supporting the client’s team across various PSC and IOP locations.
Job Summary
This role is ideal for someone who is flexible, reliable, and confident in their phlebotomy skills. You will provide high‑quality patient care across various PSC and IOP locations and ensure proper specimen collection and processing.
Key Responsibilities
Perform 40–50 blood draws per day across all age groups (pediatric, adult, geriatric).
Float between multiple PSC/IOP locations based on staffing needs.
Provide professional, patient‑focused service in busy clinical settings.
Maintain specimen integrity and follow all safety and compliance protocols.
Work both independently and as part of on‑site teams.
Stand for the majority of the shift.
Skills & Qualifications
2+ years of phlebotomy experience required, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections.
High school diploma or GED.

Pay Range: $18 – $21 hourly
Shifts: Variable, Mon‑Fri 6:00 am – 6:00 pm
