Description An Overnight Shift Lead runs shifts independently, embodies the Live Mas spirit, and supports the Assistant and General Manager by ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service. Responsibilities Run shifts efficiently while upholding Taco Bell’s standards. Tackle problems proactively and seek help when needed. Guide and mentor team members to deliver excellent customer service. Ensure every customer leaves happy and satisfied. Be available to work the closing shift (typically ending between 3:00 am–5:00 am).
