Provider Recruiter – Apex Skin Apex Skin is a physician‑led dermatology practice committed to delivering exceptional patient experiences. We seek a skilled Provider Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment of dermatology clinical providers, including dermatologists, Mohs surgeons, dermatopathologists, and dermatology‑trained nurse practitioners and physician assistants. Schedule Full‑time, Monday through Friday (40 hours per week) Primarily remote; candidates must be flexible to attend in‑office meetings and travel to Apex Skin locations as needed. Essential Functions Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for dermatology clinical providers. Develop specialty‑specific sourcing strategies and outreach to residency and fellowship programs. Screen candidates for clinical expertise, board certification, and alignment with our practice’s philosophy. Coordinate on‑site visits, clinic tours, and meetings with leadership and clinical teams. Support offer development and compensation discussions tailored to dermatology market norms. Partner with the President and clinical directors to understand staffing needs driven by clinic expansion and patient demand. Monitor national dermatology workforce trends and build a proactive pipeline of candidates for high‑demand areas. Represent the practice at dermatology conferences, career fairs, and specialty meetings. Ensure compliance with credentialing and licensure requirements. Optimize recruitment workflows to reduce time‑to‑fill while supporting a positive candidate experience. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience, including at least 1 year in healthcare recruiting; physician or advanced practice provider recruitment experience strongly preferred. In‑depth understanding of dermatology provider roles and credentialing requirements. Proven ability to source and engage passive candidates using innovative strategies. Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Strong networking capabilities within specialty communities and professional organizations. Ability to manage multiple high‑priority searches in a fast‑paced environment. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity. Physical Requirements & Work Environment Prolonged periods of sitting and computer work in a home office setting. Frequent use of hands and fingers for typing, data entry, and document preparation. Ability to speak and hear clearly during virtual meetings and in‑person interactions. Visual acuity sufficient to read recruitment documentation and candidate profiles. May involve standing or walking during on‑site visits, clinic tours, and career fairs. Required to adhere to HIPAA, OSHA, and Apex Skin privacy and safety standards.
