This individual will support the Manager of Provider Recruitment in driving Schweiger’s provider growth initiatives through strategic pipeline development, candidate engagement, and recruitment operation. This role will also have a focus on helping to build the Allergy Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers. Job Responsibilities Lead full-cycle recruitment for assigned provider roles across dermatology, allergy, and additional specialties—from sourcing and screening through offer acceptance and onboarding coordination Manage recruitment efforts for the APP Training Program, including sourcing, candidate evaluation, interview coordination, and onboarding Proactively build and maintain provider pipelines using sourcing tools, job boards, conferences, fellowships, and passive outreach strategies Partner with hiring managers, operations leaders, and medical directors to align on hiring priorities and customize recruitment strategies Maintain up-to-date and accurate candidate records in the ATS (Greenhouse/Workday), Smartsheets, and support compliance with credentialing/legal requirements Track and submit candidate reimbursements accurately and in a timely manner Produce reports to monitor metrics and key deliverables as needed Attend relevant recruitment conferences and industry events Participate in weekly meetings with the Provider Recruitment Manager Other duties as assigned by supervisor on an as needed basis. Qualifications Bachelor's degree preferred 1–3 years of healthcare or provider recruiting experience preferred Familiarity with dermatology, allergy, or other outpatient medical specialties is a plus Experience working in high-growth or multi-site healthcare organizations strongly preferred Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (Workday a plus) and sourcing platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, HealthECareer, etc.) Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust-based relationships with clinical professionals preferred Highly organized, adaptable, and resourceful with excellent communication skills preferred Must be self-motivated and able to operate both independently and collaboratively Willingness to travel to career fairs, site visits, and conferences as needed required Working knowledge of HIPAA & OSHA compliance Travel 50% travel required for National Conferences Salary Range: $70,000 + bonus opportunity Schweiger Dermatology Group, is an equal opportunity employer and does not discriminate in its hiring process with applicants, whether internal or external, because of race, creed, color, age, national origin, ancestry, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability, genetic information, veteran status, military status, application for military service or any other class per local, state or federal law.
