About This Role The Senior Recruiter will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. What You’ll Do Develop, facilitate, and implement all phases of the recruitment process. Collaborate with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria. Identify and implement efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the needs of the organization. Assist with job posting and advertisement processes. Screens applications and selects qualified candidates. Schedules interviews and oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials. Assist with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders. Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process; identify and recommend salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details. Collect and analyze data to maintain current statistics for recruiting practices such as time to fill for positions, sources of successful candidates, etc. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies. Attend and participate in college job fairs and recruiting sessions, as needed. Adhere to internal standards, policies, and procedures. Perform special projects and complete other duties as assigned or requested. What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent field; equivalent work experience, or a combination of work and education, may be substituted. 5+ years’ experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring process. Experience recruiting for a fast‑paced EPC firm in the power delivery industry. Human Resources certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM‑CP, SHRM‑SC). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent time‑management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills. Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
