Senior Manager Talent Acquisition @ STIIIZY Job Summary The Recruiter will play a critical role in our efforts to hire and retain top talent. We are looking for a people-focused individual who will use their recruiting acumen to meet our hiring needs. As a member of our recruiting team, you will post jobs, review applicants, source & screen candidates, and help facilitate the interview & hiring process. Key Responsibilities Consult with hiring managers to understand roles to be filled and profiles of ideal candidates Reviews and assesses applicants' education, experience, training, and other qualifications Verifies employment eligibility, gathers necessary paperwork, and performs reference and background checks as needed Schedules screenings, and interviews based on availability and business need Organizes job fairs and maintains relationships with community partners Works with deadlines to ensure hiring needs are met accordingly Gathers feedback from hiring managers and candidates after interviews Informs candidates of job duties, responsibilities, work schedules, compensation and benefit packages, and career advancement opportunities Keeps up to date with company changes to keep information on candidates' current Extends job offers and coordinates with the onboarding team for offer letters and next steps Notifies applicants of application status promptly Other job-related duties as assigned Technical Skills & Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Ability to work autonomously and take ownership Able to create, maintain, and build professional relationships, and rapport Have a powerful desire to grow professionally and personally Strong knowledge and familiarity with recruitment and interview techniques Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information Self-starter, organized, and approachable Education & Experience High School diploma or equivalent 1+ years of recruiting experience in a high-growth, fast-paced, corporate/staffing agency environment desired Experience leveraging various channels such as Indeed, LinkedIn, personal networks, blogs, forums, Boolean searches, and creative sourcing methods to attract talent Experience with applicant tracking systems preferred Requirements State Law requires that applicants be 21 years old and over Available for on-site operations work Monday-Friday. Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 15 lbs. to a minimum height of 5 feet and able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet. Prolonged periods of standing, sitting at a desk, and working on a computer Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities. Must be able to stand, sit for prolonged periods, bend, kneel, squat, and twist.
