Role Description We are seeking a full-time Power Delivery Recruiter for an on-site position located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Power Delivery Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various roles including Safety Managers, Superintendents, General Foremen, Foremen, Class A Linemen, Apprentice Linemen, Operators, and Groundsmen. The recruiter will collaborate with management to understand recruiting needs, develop and implement recruiting strategies, and ensure a smooth onboarding process.
