Your responsibilities will include managing accounts payable and receivable, reconciling bank accounts, producing monthly financial statements, and supporting budgeting processes. Responsibilities Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures Prepare month-end and year-end financial packages to owners Prepare monthly cash forecasts and monitor cash needs Analyze all statements, balance sheets, income, and expense accounts to guarantee accuracy and recommend adjustments that would increase profitability Manage all phases of accounts payable invoicing, as well as manage and maintain accurate records of accounts receivable Review the daily revenue activity list to ensure accountability, reconcile general ledger accounts, review any account discrepancies, and make corrections Qualifications Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
