The right candidate will have a background in Auto Dealership Office Accounting and Administration. Along with excellent communication skills. Benefits
Competitive hourly Pay of $26 - $35 based upon experience.

Responsibilities
All Accounting for Vehicle Sales transactions
Account for all deal documents
Track and Control Inventories, Contracts and Receivables
Payoff Liens and other liabilities
Clean Accounting Schedules
Daily Cash Management
Log and reconcile Deal Performance Management
Summarize and submit after-sell products
Process Product Cancellations
Other tasks and responsibilities as requested by Company Management
Cross train office and administrative staff.
Assist department managers
Qualifications
Experience using a dealership management system (DMS) and payroll platform
Strong communication skills and eagerness to improve
Self-starter who can work both independently and with a team
Accounting degree (preferred, not required)
Automotive dealership accounting experience preferred
