Base pay range $85,000.00/yr - $100,000.00/yr KTeam - Recruiting | Growth Planning | Organizational Development Reports To: COO Role Overview We’re looking for an organized, experienced, detail‑oriented Office Manager and Executive Assistant for a new and growing energy technology company in the greater Tampa Bay area (Gibsonton, to be exact). You’ll ensure smooth day-to-day operations while providing high-level administrative support to senior leadership. This role is central to maintaining organizational efficiency and supporting strategic initiatives as we grow and welcome new team members. Compensation and Benefits Base salary DOE $90,000-$100,000 annually 401k eligible PTO—first year accumulates 120 hours in first 12 months 14 annual holiday days: 13 scheduled and 1 floating holiday What You’ll Do Provide executive support: manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and prepare board‑level communications. Oversee office operations: supplies, vendors, and workflow management. Draft, edit, and proofread professional correspondence and presentations. Track deadlines, compliance requirements, and documentation for audit readiness. Act as liaison between executives, staff, and external partners. Organize meetings, events, and community engagement activities. What We’re Looking For 5+ years of experience in executive support, office management, or administrative leadership. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Teams, Zoom, and document management tools. Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion. A proactive, adaptable, and collaborative mindset. Experience in energy, utilities, or technical industries is a plus.
