Responsibilities
Coordinate all candidate scheduling activities, including interview arrangements, candidate agendas, travel logistics, and amenities.
Manage the complete onsite candidate experience to ensure a positive and professional impression.
Serve as the primary liaison between candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers throughout the recruiting process.
Support candidates through each stage of the interview process, providing guidance and assistance as needed.
Collaborate effectively with organizational leaders using exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Maintain meticulous attention to detail while managing multiple recruiting activities simultaneously.
Demonstrate action and service orientation in all candidate interactions.
