Industry‑leading performance‑based bonus program 100% employer‑funded ESOP to all associates Traditional and Roth 401k 1-month paid sabbatical after every five years of employment, plus $5,000 for travel 3 weeks of vacation 1-week paid volunteer leave each year and 100% charitable match Medical, dental, and vision insurance coverage On‑site gym 100% paid 12‑week maternity leave Scholarship for associates’ children up to $28,000 per child Tuition reimbursement for associates A DAY IN THE LIFE Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to create and execute sourcing strategies for current and future hiring needs Identify passive talent through targeted research & outreach, industry forums, cold calling, and phone interviewing Connect and build relationships with potential candidates to assess fit and maintain strong talent pipelines Qualify leads for recruiters’ workflows and add them to the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Keep candidate pipelines active to ensure a steady flow of qualified prospects Stay up to date on industry trends and leverage innovative sourcing tools to stay ahead of talent needs Join team meetings to share best practices, evaluate results, and continuously improve sourcing strategies Complete ad hoc projects for the recruiting team and Director of Talent Acquisition, as needed NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS At least 5 years of experience in sourcing, cold calling and/or recruiting research. Open to candidates with more extensive experience Experience working on an in‑house corporate recruiting team preferred Certified Internet Recruiter (CIR) certification is a plus Experience with iCIMS or another Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience required MAKE YOUR MOVE ARCO is a premier, full‑service design‑build general contractor with more than 30 years of experience providing clients with complete project delivery nationwide.
