Overview
CTG is seeking to fill a Systems Analyst 3 opening for our client in Austin, TX.
Location:
Austin, TX (hybrid remote) Duties: Understand business objectives and problems; identify alternative solutions and perform cost/benefit analysis.
Analyze user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing systems.
Collaborate with personnel across organizational units to assess current operational procedures and determine specific input and output needs.
Document user needs, program functions, and development/modification steps in detail.
Evaluate system capabilities, specifications, and scheduling to determine feasibility of new or modified programs.
Lead and deliver complex Informatica Cloud Services (IICS) implementations in multi-domain environments.
Provide technical mentorship to junior ETL developers, establish best practices, templates, and coding standards.
Skills: Extensive design and implementation experience with Informatica IICS and Snowflake.
Strong understanding of Informatica data modeling, workflows, APIs, and integration technologies.
Proficiency in Azure Cloud and Snowflake Cloud Datawarehouse.
Strong SQL skills including query writing and optimization.
Ability to interface with both technical and non-technical teams (Infrastructure, Network, Development, BA, QA).
Experience with high availability, high transaction systems and resolving production issues.
Deep understanding of data governance, quality, and integration principles.
Informatica PowerCenter/IICS development.
Experience in Python with data science libraries.
Knowledge of managing reference data systems.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Familiarity with HIPAA compliance and handling PHI/PII.
Skills: Data warehouse development experience.
Experience with Snowflake performance optimization, operational support, and automation.
GitHub integration with Snowflake.
Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience in Informatica IICS/Snowflake development and cloud data platforms.
Demonstrated experience across project lifecycles from design through go-live.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field .
