Owen K Garriott Road, Suite B, Enid, OK 73703 Expected Full‑time work hours: Monday‑Thursday, 7am‑4pm (Hours subject to change) What You’ll Gain Career Stability & Growth – Join a secure company with over 25 years of industry‑leading experience and unlimited opportunities for advancement Comprehensive Benefits – Health, Dental & Vision insurance, College Savings & Retirement Savings Plans, 6 paid holidays, and paid time off (PTO) Training & Development – Front‑loaded education and training to help you grow and reach your full potential from day one; Heartland Dental University & CE classes Flexible Pay Access – Enjoy the convenience of on‑demand Daily Pay to access your earnings when you need them Bonus Potential – Employee Referral & Quarterly Bonus More About the Role Greet and welcome patients from the start of their dental journey, and sustain patient comfort and provide appropriate education throughout treatment Conduct a thorough review of the patient’s health history to provide quality care Provide superior assistance to supported hygienists during a wide variety of procedures in accordance with the state dental practice act Assist with setting up rooms for all hygiene visits including stocking and restocking instruments and supplies Utilize Dentrix for patient scheduling and record keeping Prepare treatment rooms with strict adherence to safety protocols and following OSHA & CDC recommendations Partner with the providers and team to follow office systems and maximize workflow Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma/GED State issued Dental Assistant Permit & X‑Ray Credentials Coronal Polishing Certification 2+ years Dental or Hygiene Assistant experience Experience with Dentrix or other dental software Working knowledge of dental procedures and terminology Microsoft Office Suite experience Experience working in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment Strong communication, organization, and multitasking abilities Adaptable to changing workflows and team dynamics Detail‑oriented with proactive problem‑solving approach Collaborative team player who thrives in supportive, family‑like environment Dedication, dependability with a positive attitude and service‑oriented mindset Physical Requirements Prolonged periods of sitting and standing Must be able to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times Availability to attend virtual training sessions or in‑person periodically throughout the year Ability to perform essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation As part of our commitment to a safe and healthy environment, a tuberculosis (TB) test is required for all new hires in dental office positions.
