Dental Assistant – MONTSHIRE PEDIATRIC DENTISTRY, PC Join us in our Portland office as a Dental Assistant. Responsibilities Always maintain the highest level of confidentiality to HIPAA standards. Adhere to strict safety guidelines and procedures to OSHA and office standards. Demonstrate active listening: give full attention, take time to understand, ask questions, and not interrupt at inappropriate times. Qualifications Excellent communication skills: talking to others to convey information effectively. Forward thinking to anticipate the needs of the doctor and the patient. Frequent client and interoffice personnel interaction. This position is chair‑side to dentists and is heavily dependent on excellent customer interaction. Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $23–$34/hour. Final compensation depends on experience, education, and internal equity. Benefits: paid time off, health, dental, vision, and profit sharing.
