Description Montshire Pediatric Dentistry

is seeking a Dental Hygienist to join our team at our West Springfield office. We are a family‑owned practice serving nearly 30,000 children across New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine, and Massachusetts. Our work centers on eliminating barriers to care so families can access the dental services they need.

How We Invest In You

The salary range for this position is $56–75/hr. Final compensation is determined during the selection process and considers experience, education, and internal equity.

Values and Responsibilities

Always maintain the highest level of confidentiality to HIPAA standards.

Adhere to strict safety guidelines and procedures to OSHA and office standards.

Assess and evaluate patients through exam, patient records, and medical history to assist in diagnosis of dental hygiene problems, disease, and efficacy of administered treatment plans. Complete scheduled treatments.

Schedule is Monday – Thursday 7:30 – 4:30.
