Float Phlebotomist-II Location: Lehigh Acres, FL 33971 Schedule: Monday-Friday 6:00 am - 1:30 pm and Saturday 6 am-10 am (40hrs/week) Pay Range: $20.27- $22.63 (Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.) The rate is based on years of DIRECT EXPERIENCE as listed in the resume Responsibilities Perform venipuncture and capillary draws on all age groups. Verify patient ID and accurately label specimens. Enter patient and test data into systems efficiently. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Travel to various sites as needed; flexible scheduling required. Follow all company policies and standard procedures. Communicate effectively with patients and team members. Experience Required Minimum of 3 years of hands‑on phlebotomy experience, including pediatric, geriatric, and capillary collections. At least 2 years of experience working in a Patient Service Center (PSC) or similar healthcare setting preferred. Proficiency in keyboard and data entry operations is essential. Qualifications Required A high school diploma or equivalent is required. Medical assistant or paramedic training preferred. Must possess reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and a clean driving record.
