Job Description Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Web Development, Human‑Computer Interaction, or related field preferred). 3+ years of hands‑on accessibility testing experience, including assistive technologies. 2+ years of experience working on digital product teams. Proficiency with assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, ZoomText, and tools like Deque, WAVE, and Axe. Strong knowledge of HTML, ARIA, semantic markup, responsive design, and user‑centered design principles.
