Company Description Job Description Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, Web Development, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field preferred).
• 3+ years of hands-on accessibility testing experience, including assistive technologies.
• 2+ years of experience working on digital product teams.
• Proficiency with assistive technologies such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, ZoomText, and tools like Deque, WAVE, and Axe.
• Strong knowledge of HTML, ARIA, semantic markup, responsive design, and user-centered design principles.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.
