Orlando Field Team - Orlando, FL 32818 Overview Salary Range: $55,000.00 - $70,000.00 Salary/year Position Type: Full Time Job Shift: Day Education Level: 4 Year Degree Travel Percentage: Up to 25% Category: Human Resources SCOPE Under the direction of the Director of HR, the primary function of the Recruiter is to meet the evolving needs of Lakeshore, deliver talent in the organization and provide support in carrying out various human resources functions. Including, performing a variety of duties in recruiting, and selecting candidates that aligns Lakeshore’s vision, mission and core values. The recruiter must possess knowledge of personnel policy and procedures as well as federal and state laws regarding employment policies. RESPONSIBILITIES Processes and analyze job requisitions. Develops best recruiting process for each position using best practices. Conducts screenings and interviews for potential candidates. Acts as a liaison between candidates and the company. Market company’s reputation as best place to work. Manage pulling resumes from jobsites and screen each resume. Manage applicant database and tracking system to ensure data integrity and compliance with federal regulations, including state laws. Assist with building recruiting system and applicant system. Track all applicants and applicant activity in Paycom. Assist with filling requisitions for several roles especially leadership roles supporting Executives, and Extended leaders. Assist with managing all sources and tracking while managing costs. Recruit candidates in key areas to meet business objectives. Manages to fill all key positions. Assist with working closely with Director regarding strategic headcount issues (REQ scrubs) and planning recruiting activities after 90 of REQ. Working with Hiring Manager to ensure their hiring needs are met including calling them to analyze the market and providing solutions. Maintain company's applicant tracking in Paycom and on HR Orlando Intranet reports with accurate and complete information of all candidates recruited/hire. Conduct interviews and assist managers with candidate selection via the internet and other various networking functions. Direct sourcing passive/active candidates utilizing advance Internet, custom databases, referrals and diverse recruitment techniques. Chase job postings on all sources including LinkedIn and develop relationships with hiring managers locally and throughout PAYCOM producing several placements. Identify appropriate and innovative recruitment hiring channels while leveraging existing resources including Indeed, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn and other job boards. Assist with training and develop other team members. Support Onboarding and other key areas of the Department. Strategically analyze current processes and present improvement ideas including needs and opportunities. Assist in invoice allocations and processing, and other HR related work as needed. Completes special projects as assigned. QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university, preferably in Human Resources Management or related field. 5 years plus related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education Moderate proficiency with office productivity application. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, experience with HRIS system preferred. Ability to manage multiple competing deadlines. The ability to problem solves and think creatively.
