Pay range is $70,000 - $85,000
Overview-
The Recruiter position will be responsible for the entire recruitment cycle across the US and CA.
Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Determine specific requirements of positions and build relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs
Review and analyze resumes using iCIMS applicant tracking system
Interview and assess potential candidates
Recommend creative hiring solutions to managers including sign on bonuses, competitive salaries, and relocation packages
Build applicant sources by researching and contacting community services, colleges, job boards, and companies who employee similar skillsets
Utilize social media platforms to attract candidates
Leverage capabilities of our iCIMS applicant tracking system
Prepare timely recruiting activity reports
Arrange management interviews by coordinating schedules and arrange travel when necessary
Manage employee relocation process
Communicate organization attractiveness by focusing on our culture, policies, practices and compensation, emphasizing benefits and perks of the company
Other job duties as assigned
Qualifications
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Strong project management and organizational skills
Effective negotiating skills
Experience and familiarity with recruiting websites
Proven experience using social medial to attract candidates
Effective and professional written and oral communication skills
Must be proactive and solution driven, with a strong work ethic and sense of urgency
Proficiency in Microsoft Office to include Excel, Word, and Outlook
Experience with iCIMS or another applicant tracking systems a plus
Education and Experience:
BS Degree in related field plus 2-4 years recruiting experience
