What You Get To Do Assist in creating innovative search strategies that will identify and attract the best talent with a focus on local community outreach to include schools and organizations Conduct telephone screens for skilled/professional positions Set‑up candidate video phone screens using our Modern Hire technology for Hiring Managers to review Post to niche job boards, as needed Coordinate and participate in external, internal and virtual job fairs Assist in on‑boarding new hires during peak season Main point of contact for recruitment marketing collateral Maintain and present analytics for recruitment initiatives Communicate professionally and effectively with Ambassadors, Vendors and our Guests Perform other duties as assigned What It Takes To Succeed Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business, marketing, related field or equivalent experience Experience working in a fast paced / high volume environment Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills Strong organizational and multi‑tasking skills Experience working with recruiting and people‑related tools and systems, including applicant tracking systems or resume databases, preferred Experience recruiting for leisure, hospitality, or entertainment industry, preferred Availability to work occasional weekends, evenings and holidays Benefits FREE park admission Discounts on park admission tickets and passes for family and friends Park discounts on food, merchandise, etc. Scholarship opportunities Exclusive employee events and giveaways EEO Employer SEAWORLD PARKS & ENTERTAINMENT IS AN EQUAL OPPORTUNITY EMPLOYER.
