Korn Ferry has partnered with a new and exciting client to effectively deliver on their Global recruitment needs. We are looking to find a permanent Senior Recruiter to be based in Poland to join our exceptionally talented Projects team focusing on a range of Technical and Engineering hiring requirements. You will be responsible for the full recruitment process including sourcing, screening, assessing, and marketing candidates for hiring managers. Key Accountabilities Focus on direct sourcing methodologies to attract top talent for roles across the region Recruitment across a range of functions for professional-level roles Managing the full end-to-end recruitment cycle from initial hiring manager briefing through to offer management Engage with stakeholders across the business, regularly updating all parties on the status of your allocated requisitions Develop and implement sourcing strategies and channels to build relevant talent pools Supporting and mentoring more junior members of the team Helping our client to identify better ways of working and attracting top talent by using a consultative and business partnering approach Skills & Experience Recruitment experience gained within an agency, RPO or inhouse environment, managing the full end to end recruitment process with knowledge of designing and implementing direct sourcing strategies Experience in Technology recruitment is an advantage Fluency in both Ukrainian and Polish Seniority level Associate Employment type Contract Job function Human Resources, Other, and Consulting Industries Business Consulting and Services, Staffing and Recruiting, and Outsourcing and Offshoring Consulting #J-18808-Ljbffr
