We are hiring a Sr Recruiter for our Human Resources team that is responsible for sourcing, identifying, qualifying, attracting, and retaining talent for the company. What You Will Do: Lead full‑cycle recruiting for hourly, technical hourly, and entry level management roles in a manufacturing environment Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies using direct sourcing, networking, referrals, job boards, job fairs, trade programs, and college partnerships Partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs, advise on interviewing best practices, and forecast talent demand Build and promote the employer brand through internal and external partnerships, including professional organizations and community agencies Interview, assess, and select qualified candidates; make hiring recommendations and extend offers Manage offer documentation and ensure accurate, compliant recruitment records Collaborate with HR partners, business leaders, and external search firms throughout the hiring process Track and report recruiting metrics, effectiveness, and progress against hiring goals What We Look For: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience Minimum 4 years of recruiting experience Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and mentor others Effective negotiation skills with the ability to apply company policies and practices What We Offer: The base salary range for this position is $66,375 to $110,625 annually with eligibility for a 10% annual incentive bonus, that is based on organizational performance. The pay range represents the numerous factors considered in the hiring decisions including, but not limited to educations, skills, work experience, certifications, geography etc. As such, starting pay for the successful candidate(s) could fall anywhere within the stated range. Demonstrated ability to provide assistance with mentoring and/or evaluation of lower level staff.
