HR Manager page is loaded## HR Managerlocations: Skawina, Polandtime type: Full timeposted on: Posted Todayjob requisition id: R553650Work Flexibility: Hybrid**What You Will Do*** Lead, coach, and develop a team of HR and Senior HR Business Partners supporting manufacturing leaders* Partner with managers and directors on employee relations, retention, performance management, and workforce planning* Drive change management initiatives aligned with business and site strategy* Act as a trusted advisor on HR policies, compliance, and risk mitigation* Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence to deliver solutions across talent, compensation, and organizational development* Lead complex employee relations matters and escalated disputes* Use data and HR metrics to identify trends and recommend actionable solutions* Champion an engaged, high-performing, and compliant work environment**What You Need*** 10+ years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR leadership in a manufacturing environment* Proven people leadership and direct supervisory experience* Fluency in Polish and English* Master’s degree* Strong HR generalist background supporting complex, fast-changing organizations* Experience partnering with senior leaders and Centers of Excellence* Experience in change processes in complex systemsSalary information will be provided during the recruitment process.Travel Percentage: 10% #J-18808-Ljbffr
