About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Associate to support our day-to-day people operations. In this role, you will work closely with the HR team to manage employee documentation, assist with recruitment and onboarding, maintain HR records, and support people-related processes across the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow their career in Human Resources within a fast-paced, international environment.
Key Responsibilities
HR Operations & Administration
Maintain accurate employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
Support HR compliance by organizing contracts, forms, and policy acknowledgments.
Prepare reports, update HR dashboards, and help track HR metrics.
Assist in managing HR inboxes and responding to employee inquiries with professionalism.
Recruitment & Onboarding Support
Assist in posting job descriptions and screening candidates.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Support the onboarding process by preparing documentation, scheduling sessions, and ensuring a smooth new-hire experience.
Employee Support & Engagement
Serve as the first point of contact for routine employee questions.
Help plan employee engagement activities, events, and internal communications.
Support initiatives that promote a positive company culture and employee experience.
Performance & Development Coordination
Collect performance review documents and track deadlines.
Assist with scheduling trainings, orientations, and development-related activities.
Requirements
Experience
1–2 years of experience in Human Resources, People Operations, administration, or similar roles.
Experience in a fast-paced environment or startup is a plus.
Skills
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Familiarity with HR tools, ATS platforms, or HRIS systems (preferred but not required).
Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm EST.
