Essential Functions
Employee onboarding.
Data entry and maintenance of employee records and files.
Timely and accurate completion of regulatory reporting.
Administration of benefit programs, including benefits enrollment, QE changes, separations, and COBRA enrollment.
Manages pre‑employment drug screening and background program.
Coordinates with payroll accurate wage reporting and deductions.
Coordinates orientation and I9 verification with office administrators.
Maintains document filing, internal posting, and directories.
Maintains primary source verification of licensure.
Assists with policy development and implementation.
Responds to HR inquiries.
Demonstrates a self‑directed approach to completing work duties; routinely completes all work assignments while maintaining quality and confidentiality; treats all customers with courtesy and respect.
Completes additional tasks as assigned; assists corporate managers as needed and as available.
Re quirements
B.S. in Human Resources or Business Administration
4-6 years experience in a professional office.
Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Self‑motivated, organized, and solution advocate.
Attention to detail, and time management skills.
Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer.
Experience Preferred
2-4 years of HR generalist experience including recruiting, onboarding employee relations, benefits administration, and regulatory compliance
Understanding of federal and state labor laws and regulations
Experience with SharePoint
Experience with HRIS
