Benefits & Employee Experience Multiple office locations – find an opportunity near your home Positive work environment with the tools you need to do your job and grow Full‑time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible for: Medical (Telehealth included), HSA/FSA, Dental, Vision on the 1st of the month after hire date 401(k) after 30 days of employment Birthday is an additional personal holiday Company‑sponsored short‑term disability Pre‑tax savings available for public‑transit commuters Part‑time employees (less than 30 hours) are eligible for: Dental and Vision on the 1st of the month after hire date 401(k) after 30 days of employment Employee discounts on Schweiger Dermatology Group skin‑care products and cosmetic services Job Responsibilities Support managers and employees as their general point of contact on all matters, including but not limited to: General benefits knowledge Employee‑relations full‑service support, including being present for and/or conducting disciplinary conversations, investigations, and terminations as needed HRIS support and information management Compliance‑related activities such as ensuring ongoing regulations and certifications are met Recruitment support when needed Coordination of any employee leaves in conjunction with HR leaders to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local legislation and company policies Staying aware of any employment and case law that may directly impact the region we support Provide high‑level customer service to both internal and external customers Regularly review compensation to ensure FLSA compliance Handle employment‑related inquiries from applicants, employees, and managers, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff Review and create internal policies and procedures to ensure smooth and thorough best practices Working knowledge and application of HIPAA and OSHA compliance Assist with other HR projects and initiatives as needed Qualifications 4–5 years’ experience in the Human Resources field preferred Minimum 2–3 years’ experience as Associate/Junior Generalist or Generalist required Bachelor’s degree required Healthcare recruitment experience highly preferred Experience using an HRIS system required; Workday preferred Experience using an ATS (Applicant Tracking System) Must be computer savvy and proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills Exude excellent employee and candidate relationship‑building skills Must be agile, fast‑paced, and innovative Must have a valid driver’s license Travel While primarily a remote position, the employee is required to attend monthly in‑office cadence. From time to time, additional in‑person team meetings may be required as well. Additionally, the employee must be available to travel to visiting offices or acquisition‑related support typically 1–2 days at a time; travel outside the nearby region is covered by SDG.
