What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Build comprehensive market maps for executive roles in Product, Engineering, Operations, Go-to-Market, and G&A
Develop targeted research strategies and create actionable insights reports on market trends and diversity benchmarks
Source and deliver high-quality passive executive candidates while crafting tailored outreach
Collaborate with Executive Recruiters to refine search strategies and present findings to VP and C‑suite stakeholders
Maintain and update executive talent pipelines while ensuring rigorous documentation within the CRM
What is Required (Qualifications)
3-6 years of experience in executive recruiting research, sourcing, or talent intelligence in high-growth tech companies or executive search firms
Proven track record of identifying and engaging senior leadership talent across various functions
Hands‑on experience with market mapping and creating structured search documentation
Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter and at least one ATS/CRM platform for pipeline management
Exceptional written communication skills with the ability to engage senior leaders
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience with Greenhouse ATS/CRM and familiarity with AI‑powered talent intelligence platforms
Ability to present research and candidate strategies to senior stakeholders with professionalism
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously
Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment
