Responsibilities

Supervising implementation of treatment plans

Developing individualized goals/objectives

Individualizing client treatment plans/curricula

Managing RBTs

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or related field

BCaBA Certification – Must hold a current certification by the BACB

Minimum of 1 year experience as a Mid‑Level Supervisor
