Responsibilities
Ability to work on enhancement/development while working on support items simultaneously. Responsible to handle P1/P2/P3 incidents. Responsible for Month-end Forecast jobs completion and troubleshooting. Responsible for response/restoration SLAs for all incidents (P1/P2/P3/P4/P5) that comes during CST business hours. Should be willing to provide extended hours support if required for critical incident support (P1/P2 and escalated P3) Should be able to collaborate and communicate with FP&A of different stakeholder departments regarding problems/incidents/enhancements. Ability to think and implement creative solutions for complex user requirements.
