EPM Senior Engineer
We are seeking an experienced
EPM Senior Engineer
who can effectively balance application development and enhancements with day-to-day production support. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in ensuring stability, performance, and continuous improvement of EPM systems while working closely with FP&A and business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities
Work on
EPM enhancements and development activities
while simultaneously supporting production issues. Manage and resolve
P1, P2, and P3 incidents , ensuring timely response and resolution. Execute and troubleshoot
month‑end forecast jobs , ensuring successful and on‑time completion. Meet
incident response and restoration SLAs
for all priority levels (P1–P5) during CST business hours. Provide
extended or after‑hours support
when required for critical incidents (P1/P2 and escalated P3). Collaborate closely with
FP&A teams
and cross‑functional stakeholders to understand issues, address incidents, and deliver enhancements. Analyze complex business requirements and
design creative, effective solutions
to meet user needs. Communicate clearly and proactively with stakeholders regarding system status, issues, and resolutions. Qualifications
Strong experience supporting and enhancing
EPM applications
in a production environment. Solid understanding of
incident management and SLA‑driven support models . Experience working with
financial planning and forecasting processes . Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑priority environment. Seniority Level
