Maintenance Technician
to join our high‑performing team in St. Joseph, MO.
Compensation & Benefits This position offers a competitive pay range of $24‑$27 per hour, based on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life, disability, accident insurance, 401(k) match, and Paid Time Off. You'll enjoy a consistent schedule of four 10‑hour days.
Responsibilities
Assist with troubleshooting equipment, performing preventive maintenance, and ensuring machinery operates at peak performance.
Diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems while keeping production running efficiently.
Support advanced manufacturing technologies and help maintain smooth operations.
Respond to maintenance requests, assist with installations, and support capital projects.
Qualifications
Strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a proactive, problem‑solving mindset.
Thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment by staying adaptable, collaborating with others, and maintaining a high standard of excellence.
